Cover selection details
Homes must be submitted 2 weeks prior to ad submission date to be considered for the immediate upcoming issue. Homes will be considered for any upcoming issues as long as the home is listed. Only homes advertised in HomeSeekers Magazine will be considered. All homes submitted will be considered by a panel of designers to determine the best fit for the cover. Consideration will be given to season appropriateness, overall presentation, landscaping, and/or staging, and format of the house (Ranch style, Mulit-Level, etc.).
